What to wear/bring
We recommend bringing water to all classes, but you can purchase this at the studio if required.
Shorts (or leggings you can roll up to above the knee) and a comfortable top. Please remove all metal jewellery (including wedding rings) and do not apply sun tan lotion/moisturiser on the day of your lesson as this will make the poles slippery and dangerous for you, and also for other students. We do not usually train in shoes but are happy for you to bring some if you would prefer.
Comfortable clothing that you can move freely in. We suggest leggings/jogging bottoms and a comfy top.
