Classes

Absolute Beginners

Are you new to pole or have attended less than 10 pole classes? Then this class is the one for you! In this class, you will learn a variety of basic spins and poses, to help you build a strong foundation for your pole dance journey. No prior experience is required to join this class.

Pre-Intermediate

Ready to take your beginner pole skills to the next level? Step into our Pre-Intermediates class. In this class, you’ll develop your inversions and inversion-based moves, learn a wide variety of lower intermediate tricks, spins and transitions in fluid strong combos. Ideal for lower intermediates who can perform unassisted inverts, all climbs, and sits.

Advanced

Interested in refining your craft and mastering the art of pole? Join our Advanced class! In this class, you’ll learn dynamic advanced combos and transitions, work on a variety of ayesha/handspring entries and grips. Ideal for advanced polers who can comfortably transition between inversion moves, and can perform unassisted aerial inversions, shouldermounts and dismounts, brass monkeys, and can display some ayesha progression.

Doubles Workshop

Matilda & Mya, using their 5 years of doubles experience will teach you their favourite duo tricks! Wear your best pole outfit, heels are optional for both levels. Bring a friend, or come alone and meet a new doubles partner.

Strength & Conditioning

If you're looking to improve your strength and stamina on the pole, come along to this hour long circuit-style class, combining pole-assisted conditioning and strength exercises to work out all muscle groups needed to elevate your pole skills. This is an all-level class with adaptions given where necessary.

Beginners

Have you started your pole journey and want to continue learning? Try our Beginners class! In this class, you will learn a wide variety of beginner spins and poses, flowing combos, and your first inversions! Ideal for beginners with an understanding of basic climbs, spins, and sits.

Intermediate

Want to take your pole journey to new heights? Fly into our Intermediates class! In this class, you’ll focus on transitioning between invert moves, building strength and endurance in combos, and begin exploring shouldermounts and ayeshas. Ideal for intermediates who can perform aerial/deadlift inverts, all climbs and sits, and have begun using shouldermounts.

Choreography

Looking to develop your fluidity, musicality, and learn some fun combos? Why not try out a Pole Choreography class. In this class, you will spend the session learning a new routine, linking moves with dynamic transitions on and around the pole, and developing floorwork skills. Open to all levels. We recommend wearing long trousers/leg warmers, a top that covers the shoulders, socks, and knee pads (not essential, but advised).

Heels Choreography

Ready to take your dancing to new levels? Try out a Heels Choreography class. We learn a new routine each session, linking flow, floorwork and slinky transitions to strengthen your heels mastery. Open to all levels, must have taken 5 pole dance/fitness classes before attending. Please only wear pole dance heels or boots, if you are unsure weather your heels are suitable please message us on instagram before booking. We recommend wearing long trousers/leg warmers, a top that covers the shoulders, socks, and knee pads (not essential, but advised).
