Mya
Owner & Instructor

Mya (she/her) has been doing pole since 2018, teaching since 2022, and dancing her whole life.
She was introduced to Gemini by Matilda during the lockdown periods, they bubbled up in Brighton and did zoom pole classes together in her bedroom. She took over Gemini Pole Studio with Matilda in November 2024.
Mya loves seeing her students progress and try new things; her favourite classes to teach are anything spinny or any choreo as she loves seeing students achieve things they didn't realise they could.

Quinn
Instructor

Quinn (they/them) began their pole journey in 2020 leading to achieving their teaching certification in 2022. They have a backlog of performative pole experience such as performing at events like Purr and titled “Stripper of the Year” at the 2025 Sexual Freedom Awards.
Their performative experience translates to helping students embody their most confident self. With a special love for teaching beginners, Quinn cultivates an encouraging environment to support progressing baby polers! Prioritising student comfortability / inclusive learning, especially in regard to LGBTQIA+ learners, they encourage anyone and everyone to have a spin! Tough but fun sprinkled with some energetic joy; expect a few giggles and laughs out of a class with Quinn.
